hichaelmart brianleroux tjholowaychuk ajaynairthinks IOpipes 429 is the code returned when no instance was available, it does not necessarily mean you've reached the limit, but it can. Read more at cloud.google.com/run/docs/troubleshooting#abort-request And you are right, it's an issue that they are not on the chart (they appear in the logs only). We'll work on that.
