          Billing data is often hard to share, to enable more within an organization to access carbon data, Google Cloud Carbon Footprint now only requires the "getCarbonInformation" IAM permission, which can be granted with the "Carbon Footprint Viewer" IAM role: cloud.google.com/carbon-footprint/docs/iam
